Booking Policy

Please note that we will, unfortunately, have to cancel/reschedule your appointment if you are more than 15 minutes late.

I understand that my candles require 2-3 hours to fully harden before I am able to take them home after my session. I will either come back to pick them up at a later time/date or opt into shipping for an additional.

• I understand that my candle will be ready for pick up after the alloted time. If I have opted into pickup, I will pick up during store operating hours.​

Promotional codes are only valid for specific products or services. If I plan to use a promotional code for my appointment, I will need to communicate the details of the promotion before my session. If I fail to provide this information, I will not be able to use the promotional code at checkout.

Please note that non-refundable deposits are required for groups of 4 or more and for private date nights. If you are using a gift card, kindly input the gift card number in the "Redeem a Gift Card" section at the booking checkout. Bookings cannot be secured without the receipt of a deposit.

FOR PRIVATE SESSIONS ONLY: I understand that I will automatically be charged an additional $50/half hour if my session exceeds the allotted time.
