Brand specialist

Einnim is looking for a Brand Specialist who thrives off of high-energy and loves to strike up a good conversation!

 

This position will be responsible for:

 

  • Driving sales through engagement with customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge.

  • Becoming an Einnim product knowledge expert and being able to guide customers through creation of custom candles from concept to finish (extensive training applies).

  • Processing payments using Square POS system.

  • Assisting with inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise. 

  • Create visually appealing and brand appropriate displays to drive sell through and react to the needs of the business in the store.

  • Provide a consistent customer experience by maintaining brand standards for visual presentation, cleanliness and organization throughout the store.

  • Administrative duties as required (i.e. supply orders/research, creating and maintaining records, etc.)

  • B2B and B2C prospecting and outreach (i.e. keeping clientele informed by notifying them of preferred customer sales and future merchandise of potential interest, prospecting now wholesale opportunities, etc.)

  • If candidate is interested in growing into a marketing position, minimal content creation for social platforms.

  • If candidate is interested in growing into a production position, minimal production of product after ramp up period (90+ days).

 

Work Location: Oak Park, IL

Job Type: Part-time (15-20 hours/week)

Pay: $15/hour

Supplemental Pay: Commission 

Schedule: Thursday-Sunday (subject to change) 

 

The ideal candidate:

 

  • Has intermediate to advanced experience in customer service/sales.

  • Has an intermediate to advanced understanding of Square POS system.

  • Is heavily focused on trend analysis within our particular industries (i.e. beauty, lifestyle, home decor).

  • Plus if candidate practices zero-waste, sustainable-living!

  • Has strong listening, written and verbal communication skills.

  • Is proactive and eager to pick up the phone and charm prospective clients/customers!

  • Has an entrepreneurial spirit, and prides themselves on their passion for creativity.

This position is part-time (15-20 hours/week) with the opportunity to grow into a full-time position (contingent upon performance).
