We’re here to collaborate with you on choosing the perfect theme, delicious refreshments, and anything else you need. Once you confirm your private party booking, we’ll reach out by email to discuss all the exciting details! Just a heads-up: if the fun goes a bit over your scheduled time, an additional $50 charge will apply for each extra 30 minutes added to your final bill. To ensure everything runs smoothly and that you and your guests have the best experience possible, we kindly ask that private parties be booked at least a week in advance. Cancellation Policy
IMPORTANT INFORMATION BEFORE BOOKING: 1) Please note that we will, unfortunately, have to cancel/reschedule your appointment if you are more than 15 minutes late. 2) I understand that my candles require 2-3 hours to fully harden before I am able to take them home after my session. I will either come back to pick them up at a later time/date or opt into shipping for an additional fee. The In-Store Experience 3) Promotional codes are only valid for specific products or services. If I plan to use a promotional code for my appointment, I will need to communicate the details of the promotion before my session. If I fail to provide this information, I will not be able to use the promotional code at checkout. 4) FOR PRIVATE SESSIONS ONLY: I understand that I will automatically be charged an additional $50/half hour if my session exceeds the allotted time.
