Do you host private parties?
We do! Let us host your next birthday, bachelorette, bridal shower... the list goes on!

For up to $875 (with a 50% non-refundable deposit due at booking) patrons can decorate, cater and host the perfect candle-making experience with up to 15 of their closest friends.
​
We ask that private parties are booked more than a week in advance to ensure that our team is properly staffed and we can provide you and your guests with the best experience possible.
​
Due to staff scheduling and operations outside of business hours, we request at least one week notice if a cancellation is needed. We will only be able to reschedule once.

How long does it take to prepare an order for shipping?
Candles: Because our candles are bespoke products, we ask that customers allow 3-5 business days for production AND roughly 5-7 business days for shipping.
​
Soaps + other products: All other Einnim products have been made at least 2-3 weeks in advance therefore they are ready to ship when ordered.
Do you ship outside of the United States?
Yes! We now ship to Canada, with plans to continue expanding.

Shipping costs to Canada may vary.
What shipping service do you use?
Currently, because we are still a very small business, we are only able to use USPS to ensure that we are able to maintain our free domestic shipping offer over $30.
​
With that said, we understand that there are frequent delays due to the current issues surrounding the shipping service.
​
We make it a goal to check each package every day and receive email updates from USPS to ensure that there are no issues with your package.
​
If we do run into an issue, do not fret, we will reach out to you via email from info@einnim.com to determine next steps.

Does Einnim offer wholesale partnerships?
We sure do! Email us at info@einnim.com or head to our Stockist Application to complete a brief questionnaire and we'll get back to you with reseller information within 2-3 business days.
In this 30+ minute session, you and a friend will each have the opportunity to create your own custom blend, whether it's a soy wax candle, body mist, reed diffuser, essential oil blend, or an essential oil roller.

Note that in order to enjoy the full experience during the alloted time, we recommend that you and your guest(s) take full advantage of embarking on your individual scent journey where you have the opportunity to smell over 30 different unique essential and premium grade fragrance oils.

Prices vary ($30-$65/pp) based on the size of the vessel chosen at the time of your experience. This includes the experience and all supplies necessary to make your creation.
​
2-3 hours is required for curing. You can pick up at a later time/date when we are open or opt in to having the creations shipped for an additional fee per creation. Please note that we do not call to confirm that your creation is ready for pick up. If you are unable to come back during store hours on the day that you've made your creation, you can come back during store hours at a later date.
What if I am not satisfied with my purchase?
Einnim is all about customer satisfaction. We are happy to take back and/or exchange any products with the exception of our soaps. In an effort to comply with the current COVID-19 restrictions and guidelines, it is important that we refrain from accepting any hygiene-related products.

Can I book a candle blending session or private party without paying a non-refundable deposit?
As a small business, we require a non-refundable deposit for 4,6, and 10-person appointments and private parties to ensure that our staff is compensated and operations costs are accounted for when scheduling. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to blending with you in the future!

Do I have to agree to the terms of use in order to make a purchase?
Due to GDRP compliance requirements, it is necessary that all e-commerce purchases be accompanied by an authorized agreement from the purchasing party.

We of course want our customers to feel comfortable with their purchasing experience.

What other events does Einnim offer?
We offer a range of different services on-site and off-site.

For off-site candle-making workshops, we can accommodate up to 200 guests.
​
Previous events have been with TimeOut Market + Xmarket, the Uber offices and more!

We also offer event space rentals for workshops, pop-ups, corporate events,
etc.

What is the difference between a private session/party and a custom blending session?
Private sessions allow for you and your guest(s) to rent our space for up to 3 hours depending on the size of your group. The price includes an after hours private hosting fee, all supplies, and 30% off all in-store purchases + additional creations.

For private parties, we require booking in increments of up to 5, 6-10, and 11-15. If your guest count falls between 6-10 and you only have 7 guests, you will still recive 10 candles. If your guest count falls between 11-15 and you only have 12 guests, you will still receive 15 candles.
​
Shipping is free to one location for all candles. Catering and BYO are allowed for private experiences only.
