Do you host private parties?

We do! Let us host your next birthday, bachelorette, bridal shower... the list goes on! 

For $350 (with a 50% non-refundable deposit due at booking) patrons can decorate, cater and host the perfect candle-making experience with up to 10 of their closest friends.

We ask that private parties are booked more than a week in advance to ensure that our team is properly staffed and we can provide you and your guests with the best experience possible. 

Due to staff scheduling and operations outside of business hours, we request at least one week notice if a cancellation is needed. We will only be able to reschedule once. 

Proof of vaccination is required via photo or physical card.

What if I am not satisfied with my purchase?

Einnim is all about customer satisfaction. We are happy to take back and/or exchange any products with the exception of our soaps. In an effort to comply with the current COVID-19 restrictions and guidelines, it is important that we refrain from accepting any hygiene-related products.

Can I book a candle blending session or private party without paying a non-refundable deposit?

As a small business, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit for 4-person appointments and private parties to ensure that our staff is compensated and operations costs are accounted for when scheduling. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to blending with you in the future!

Proof of vaccination is required for ALL appointments via photo or physical card.

How long does it take to prepare an order for shipping?

Candles: Because our candles are bespoke products, we ask that customers allow 5-7 business days for production AND roughly 7-10 business days for shipping. 

Soaps + other products: All other Einnim products have been made at least 2-3 weeks in advance therefore they are ready to ship when ordered. 

Do you take large custom orders?

We ABSOLUTELY do!

Weddings, birthday gifts, corporate gifts boxes, bridal party proposals, anniversary gifts... you name it!

Because we are a growing business, shipping outside of the US is not an option just yet. But don't fret, it is definitely on our radar and we plan to be able to very soon!

What shipping service do you use?

Do I have to agree to the terms of use in order to make a purchase?

Currently, because we are still a very small business, we are only able to use USPS to ensure that we are able to maintain our free domestic shipping offer. 

With that said, we understand that there are frequent delays due to the current issues surrounding the shipping service. 

We make it a goal to check each package every day and receive email updates from USPS to ensure that there are no issues with your package. 

If we do run into an issue, do not fret, we will reach out to you via email from info@einnim.com to determine next steps. 

If you are in the Chicago area, be sure to select store pickup for your order!

Due to GDRP compliance requirements, it is necessary that all e-commerce purchased be accompanied by an authorized agreement from the purchasing party.

We of course want our customers to feel comfortable with their purchasing experience. 

If you are in the Chicago area, and feel more comfortable with an in-store purchase, we encourage you to head to one of the standing locations where our products are sold.
