Transitioning from Corporate to Entrepreneur

This week I had the pleasure of speaking with Lita. She is the owner of Einnim, a candle bar, and apothecary located in Oak Park, IL. Lita worked in the corporate world as a Director of Operations in an auto marketing business until the pandemic hit in 2020. Then she started an ecommerce business that later grew into a brick and mortar location and having her products sold at many retail locations around the US. Lita talks about her journey and the inspiration behind Einnim(Her grandmother's name spelled backwards.) Lita's story is an inspiration for anyone who wants to leave the corporate world and start their own business.
