Whether you are refilling a hand-poured soy candle or a custom wellness roller, we handle the technical side of the re-pouring process from our Oak Brook studio so you can reduce single-use waste effortlessly.

How It Works: Step-by-Step Logistics
1. EMPTY THE VESSEL.
For Candles: Burn until about ½ inch of soy wax remains at the bottom.
For Rollers, Lotions + Sprays: Use the product until the vessel is completely empty.
2. CLEAN + RETURN. Gently rinse the glass jar, tin, or bottle with warm water to remove residual product, then wipe it clean.
3. SHIP IT.

5. ENJOY YOUR REFILL. Once your custom refill order is placed, our studio team gets to work cleaning and re-pouring directly into the original vessel you sent us. We hand-pack and ship your exact, refreshed apothecary product directly back to your workspace—and outbound shipping is entirely on us.

Program Guidelines + Policies
Vessel Condition: Only authentic Einnim-brand jars, bottles, and tins are eligible for the 30% refill program. Refills must match the original product type of the container returned (e.g., a candle jar will be refilled as a candle, and a roller bottle will be refilled as a roller). You are welcome to change your scent profile, but the product category must remain the same. All returned containers must be structurally sound, free of cracks, and undamaged.
Studio Turnaround Time: Because every candle, roller, lotion + spray is poured to order by human hands, please allow 5 to 7 business days for full studio processing and safety curing before shipment.
