MOBILE WORKSHOP PARTNERSHIPS THROUGHOUT CHICAGOLAND

Bring Turnkey Creative Programming to Your Venue

Workshops for Venues, Park Districts + Community Spaces

Hi there! I’m Elita, owner of Einnim Creative Studio. We partner with venues and community organizations to offer professionally guided candle, apothecary, fragrance, and seasonal craft workshops without adding more planning or preparation to your staff.

We bring the materials, instructor, protective setup, guest guidance, and cleanup directly to your space. Your team provides the venue and helps introduce the experience to your community.

THE EINNIM ADVANTAGE

Easy Programming for Your Team. A Memorable Experience for Your Guests.

What to expect when you partner with us:

Turnkey Execution

Your staff doesn’t need to source supplies, develop instructions, or lead the activity. Einnim manages the workshop materials, professional instruction, setup, guest experience, and cleanup.

Flexible Partnership Models

Your venue can manage registration through its preferred ticketing platform, or Einnim can host registration for eligible events. Private and sponsored programming options are also available.

Flexible Programming

Book one seasonal event or create a recurring monthly, quarterly, or multi-date workshop series. We’ll recommend experiences based on your audience, calendar, venue setup, and programming goals.

Minimal Staff Involvement

We’ll clearly outline what Einnim handles and what your venue needs to provide before the event. Our goal is to offer polished programming without creating more work for your team.

Beginner-Friendly Experiences

Guests receive clear, step-by-step guidance and plenty of support throughout the experience. No previous crafting experience is required.

Seasonal Variety

Rotate candle making, fragrance blending, self-care products, botanical projects, and seasonal crafts throughout the year to keep your programming fresh.

TRANSPARENT INVESTMENT + LOGISTICS

Clear Responsibilities From the Beginning

Every partnership proposal clearly outlines the workshop, materials, minimum participation requirements, staffing, ticketing responsibilities, venue needs, timing, and payment structure.

Einnim generally arrives 30 to 60 minutes before the scheduled start time, depending on the guest count and project.

We handle our workshop setup and remove our materials at the end of the experience. The venue remains responsible for its furniture, food service, general facility needs, and waste requirements outside the workshop area.

Workshop Experiences for Your Community

Select one workshop or build a rotating series around your audience, venue, season, and programming goals.

Fresh Creative Programming Throughout the Year

You don’t need to repeat the same candle workshop every month.

Einnim develops rotating experiences for spring, summer, fall, winter, and holiday programming. Your venue can choose a single workshop or create a coordinated event series that gives guests a reason to return throughout the year.

Venue Partnership FAQs

1 / Is there a minimum number of guests?

Most public workshops require approximately 10 to 12 registered guests, depending on the project and partnership structure.

The final registration minimum will be included in your proposal before the event is announced.

2 / How many guests can you accommodate?

Capacity depends on the project, event duration, staffing plan, venue footprint, and guest-flow format.

We can support intimate community workshops, larger seated programs, and scalable activation-style experiences. We’ll recommend the appropriate setup based on your available space and anticipated attendance.

3 / Who manages ticket sales?

Your venue can manage registration through its preferred platform, or Einnim can host registration for eligible events.

The selected ticketing model and each party’s responsibilities will be confirmed before registration opens.

4 / How are venue partnerships priced?

Pricing depends on the selected workshop, guest count, event duration, staffing requirements, venue location, materials, and ticketing model.

Your proposal will clearly outline all workshop, operating, travel, and optional customization costs.

5 / How much setup time do you need?

Einnim generally requires access 30 to 60 minutes before the event. Larger programs or more detailed setups may require additional time.

Your final event plan will include the confirmed arrival, setup, workshop, and teardown schedule.

6 / Are you insured?

Yes. Einnim carries general liability insurance and can provide a Certificate of Insurance when required.

Any additional insured, venue-specific, or municipality-specific requirements should be shared before the agreement is finalized.
