Before You Book
A few planning details to help you choose the right activation format.
Guest Count
Large-scale activations are designed for 50 or more guests. Final capacity depends on the selected product, activation duration, venue footprint, staffing plan, and expected guest flow.

Activation Length
Most activations run for approximately two to four hours. Longer programs, rotating schedules, and multi-day events may be accommodated based on availability.

Planning Timeline
Custom branding and high-volume production require advance preparation. Booking early provides the widest selection of dates, products, packaging, and customization options.

Space Requirements
Einnim will review the venue layout, table access, electrical needs, water access when applicable, loading procedures, parking, and guest-flow plan before confirming the event.
