FAQ: Hosting an Einnim Event Series
1 / How many guests do I need per event?
A minimum of four (4) events is required to create your Event Series.
This commitment allows us to plan materials, staffing, and marketing assets efficiently — and gives your guests something to look forward to month after month.
4 / How much does it cost per guest?
Workshops range from $15–$65 per guest, depending on the experience type (candle, soap, bath, diffuser, or incense).
That covers everything — materials, fragrance oils, packaging, and labels.
(Minimum of 10 guests per event.)
6 / Can I change the workshop types throughout my series?
Absolutely. You can mix and match workshop types — for example, a candle class one month and a soap or incense experience the next. It keeps your programming fresh and your guests coming back.
7 / Who handles ticketing and promotion?
You do! Einnim does not take over ticketing or guest management.
You’ll create and promote your event listings, and we’ll provide branded imagery, copy, and social templates to make marketing easy.
9 / What if fewer guests show up than expected?
We know things happen — guests cancel, plans change, and life gets busy.
Einnim prepares every event around your confirmed guest count, due 7–10 days before the workshop. That count covers materials, staffing, and setup that are ordered and scheduled in advance.
Because of that, your invoice is based on your confirmed number — not to profit from empty seats, but to ensure every event runs smoothly and every guest has a full, high-quality experience.
As a courtesy, we can apply up to two unused seats toward another date within the same active series, when scheduling allows.
11 / What if some guests attend for free or as part of a membership?
Complimentary or member-perk guests still count toward your total guest count, since Einnim provides materials, staffing, and setup for every seat.
Whether you sell tickets or include the workshop as part of a loyalty program, your invoice reflects the number of confirmed guests.
You keep all ticket, bar, and membership revenue — Einnim simply covers the creative side, ensuring every attendee enjoys the same polished, high-quality experience.
13 / How can I make my series more profitable?
Most partners bundle their workshops with food, drinks, or membership perks — for example, “Candle + Cab Night” or “Craft + Cocktail Hour.”
With ticket prices between $45–$65 per guest, partners typically profit $300–$1,000+ per event, not including bar or food sales.
The more creatively you pair the experience with your venue, the higher the return.
How many guests do I need per event?
Each event requires a minimum of 10 guests.
You can host up to 500 guests, depending on your space — and since you handle ticketing, you decide the ideal capacity for your venue.
3 / What does the $175 setup fee cover and what’s included in every workshop?
The one-time Series Setup Fee ($175) covers all coordination, instructor travel, and logistics across your four events.
Once your series deposit is received, all supplies and materials are procured in advance for your entire series — ensuring consistency, quality, and availability for every workshop.
It’s a shared investment in a seamless, professional experience from the first pour to the final cleanup. Each workshop includes:
-
All supplies and fragrance oils
-
Einnim instructor(s)
-
Setup and cleanup
-
Custom labels and packaging
-
A guided Signature Scent Journey
-
A take-home creation for every guest
5 / When and how do I pay?
A minimum of 10 guests per event is required to book and hold your series dates.
To reserve your series, we’ll collect a series deposit based on your initial guest estimate (reflecting that minimum).
As each event approaches, we’ll confirm your final guest count together and adjust your invoice if needed — as long as it stays above the 10-guest minimum.
You keep 100% of ticket sales, and Einnim handles all materials, setup, and staffing.
8 / What kind of space do I need?
You’ll provide tables, seating, and a comfortable workspace with good lighting and ventilation.
For candle-making workshops, access to a refrigerator or freezer helps speed up wax hardening between pours.
We’ll also need easy access to an electrical outlet for melting wax and heating tools.
Einnim handles setup, materials, and cleanup — just allow 30 minutes before and after each event for prep and teardown.
10 / What if an event has low or no signups?
If ticket sales fall below six guests or there are no signups, we’ll reach out to decide together whether to:
-
Combine or roll over seats into another event within the same series,
-
Host a mini pop-up or member activation using the prepared materials, or
-
Convert the seats into a credit toward a future series.
This keeps your investment intact while making sure every workshop remains lively and well-attended.
Einnim never profits from unused seats — we simply cover the cost of materials and staff so your guests always have the best possible experience.
12 / Can I host a one-time event instead of a series?
Yes! If you’re looking for a single private or corporate experience rather than a recurring series, that falls under our Corporate / Large-Group Workshop (On-Site) offering.
These one-time sessions are perfect for team-building, client entertainment, and wellness events.
