Service Description
To get started, submit a booking request using the calendar on this page and select your preferred first event date. Dates are not held until confirmed. Our team will follow up within 1–2 hours to review availability and coordinate the remaining dates in your series. Einnim’s Event Series Workshops are a four-event partnership designed to bring hands-on creativity to your space while helping you attract guests, fill off-peak nights, and keep your community engaged. This option works especially well for studios, venues, bars, shops, and community spaces looking for recurring programming. We handle all materials, setup, cleanup, and instruction for every event. You manage ticketing, promotion, and your guest list. Each session features a new guided DIY experience led by an Einnim instructor and includes a personalized take-home creation for every guest. Workshop options may include soy wax candle pouring, vegan or goat-milk soap making, bath bombs and body scrubs, incense cones and wax melts, reed diffusers, and essential oil blending. Experiences are selected in advance to ensure variety and consistency across the series. Once your series deposit is received, all supplies are sourced and prepped ahead of time to ensure smooth execution and consistent quality across all four events. Event series require a minimum of four events per series with a minimum of 10 guests per event. Partners love this format because you keep 100% of ticket sales, bar sales, and membership revenue, while Einnim manages the creative experience from start to finish. Each event is turnkey, professionally run, and customizable to your audience. Einnim Event Series Workshops are available throughout Chicago and surrounding suburbs, including Oak Brook, Naperville, Highland Park, Olympia Fields, and nearby areas. Cancellation Policy
To reserve your Event Series Workshop, a minimum of four (4) events is required, with at least 10 guests per event and capacity for up to 500 participants. Full payment is due at the time of booking to secure your dates, confirm instructor scheduling, and begin material preparation for all sessions in your series. Because each event series requires advance coordination, custom scent curation, and bulk ordering of materials, full payment ensures we can reserve your instructors, allocate resources, and guarantee availability across all confirmed dates. A one-time $200 series setup fee applies to every new event series. This fee covers pre-event coordination, travel planning, instructor scheduling, and logistics across all four or more events. All event hosts manage their own ticketing and registration, while Einnim provides all materials, setup, facilitation, and cleanup. Final guest counts for each event are due 7–10 days prior to the scheduled date. Adjustments after this point may not be reflected in the final invoice, as kits and materials will already be allocated. Bookings may be rescheduled once with a minimum of 7 days’ notice before the first scheduled event. Cancellations made after materials have been ordered or produced are not eligible for store credit. Each event in your series is conducted on mutually agreed-upon dates, typically lasting 60 minutes to a 2 hours per session. Promotional discounts must be applied prior to final payment. Promotions cannot be combined or applied retroactively.
