BURN + RETURN
How the Refill Program Works
1. EMPTY YOUR VESSEL.
Candles: Stop burning when approximately ½ inch of soy wax remains at the bottom of the vessel.
Rollers, Lotions + Sprays: Use your product until the vessel is completely empty.
2. PREP + RETURN.
Wipe down the outside of your vessel and remove any loose product or debris. Don’t worry about getting it perfectly clean. We’ll handle the full cleaning and preparation process at our studio.
I’d change this from your current warm-water instruction because leftover candle wax isn’t going to rinse out easily, and there’s really no reason to make the customer do the hard part when you’re professionally cleaning it anyway.
3. REQUEST YOUR RETURN LABEL.
Ready to send your vessel back? Complete our return request form and we’ll email you a prepaid shipping label with the return instructions.

Before shipping: Secure your vessel carefully and include your name and email address inside the package so we can match it to your return request.
4. GET 30% OFF YOUR REFILL. Once your vessel arrives and passes inspection, we’ll email you a unique 30% off refill code. Use it to select your next fragrance from our available scent collection.
5. WE REFILL + RETURN IT. Once your refill order is placed, we’ll professionally clean, prepare, and refill the original vessel you sent us. Your refreshed Einnim product is then carefully packed and shipped back to you, with return shipping from our studio included.

WHAT YOU CAN REFILL
Program Guidelines + Policies
Einnim vessels only. The Burn + Return program is available for authentic Einnim vessels that are structurally sound and free of cracks, chips, or other damage.
Same product, new scent (or the same). Your refill must match the original product type of the vessel. A candle vessel returns as a candle, a roller bottle as a roller, and so on. You’re welcome to choose a different available scent.
Returns are inspected. All vessels are reviewed when received to confirm they’re safe and suitable for reuse.
Studio turnaround. Each refill is cleaned, prepared, and made to order. Please allow approximately 7–10 business days for processing, product-specific curing when required, and shipment.
