Einnim’s Large + Corporate DIY Workshops are designed for bigger groups, higher traffic, and structured programming—from corporate team-building and client appreciation to brand activations, artist advisory events, conferences, and community gatherings. These experiences are built to scale smoothly and keep guests moving, engaged, and creating.

Unlike our in-home workshops, which are slower-paced and designed for intimate gatherings, large and corporate workshops are intentionally structured for volume, flow, and flexibility. We use timed rotations, stations, or grouped instruction so guests can participate without disrupting meetings, programming, or event schedules.

We bring the full workshop directly to your office, venue, or event space, handling all materials, setup, cleanup, and staffing. Your team focuses on hosting and guests—we manage the creative experience from start to finish.

Guests of all skill levels take part in hands-on activities such as:

Vegan and goat milk soap making
Bath bomb making

Wax melts and reed diffusers
Body sugar scrubs and mists
Essential oil blending
Seasonal workshops

Each guest has access to 15+ premium essential oils and fragrance blends, natural colorants, dried florals, and all tools needed to create a personalized take-home item. Our instructors guide participants step by step, making the experience approachable and engaging whether you’re hosting a downtown Chicago activation or a large-scale suburban event.

Some projects require time to cool or set. For same-day take-home items, we recommend scheduling events earlier in the day or selecting experiences suited for fast-paced environments.

Guest capacity: Up to 500 guests
Format: Structured stations, rotations, or timed group sessions
Duration: Standard 2 hours (add $50 per additional 30 minutes)
Operating fee: $175 flat rate
Per-guest cost: $19.50–$65 (varies by activity and scale)
Group discounts: Available for large parties, agencies, and multi-event bookings.
Venue: Your location, or we can assist with sourcing one (starting at $350 per event)
