Available for new qualifying workshop bookings made by July 31, 2026. A minimum of 10 paid guests is required. Event dates are subject to availability. Complimentary rollers have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for another product or discount.

Workshop Pricing

$19.50-$65 per guest

Final per person pricing depends on the experience selected.

Operating Fee

$175 per event

The operating fee covers standard event preparation, transportation of workshop materials, setup, breakdown, and cleanup.

Workshop Minimum

$500 workshop subtotal

This applies before the operating fee, travel adjustments, specialty upgrades, and taxes.

Standard Duration

Up to two hours

Additional event time may be added starting at $75 per 30 minutes, based on staffing, workshop format, and availability.

Venue

Your office, private venue, residential community, school, or event space.

Einnim may also help identify a venue when needed. Venue rental costs are separate from workshop pricing.

Everyone creates the same project together with step-by-step instruction. Best for groups that want a shared, structured activity.

Multiple Workshop Stations

Guests move between two or more projects during the event. Best for longer events, open-house formats, and groups that want more variety.

Come-and-Go Creative Station

Guests participate as their schedule allows rather than beginning at one fixed time. Best for office celebrations, resident events, conferences, and social gatherings. The final format will depend on the experience, available space, guest flow, and event duration.

The host provides the venue, tables, chairs, access to the space, and any food or beverages.

For some projects, access to water, electricity, or a nearby sink may be required. We’ll confirm all venue needs before booking.

BEFORE YOU BOOK

GUEST COUNT: Group workshops are designed for 16–49 guests, depending on the selected experience, venue layout, and available space.

WORKSHOP LENGTH: Most group workshops run for approximately two hours, including guided creation time. Additional time may be added based on the workshop format, guest flow, and availability.

SPACE REQUIREMENTS: The venue must provide enough table and chair space for guests to create comfortably. Einnim will review the layout, access details, and any project-specific needs before confirming the event.

FOOD + DRINKS: Food and drinks are welcome. We recommend keeping refreshments on a separate surface from workshop materials whenever possible.

EVENT FORMAT: Group workshops may be structured as one guided experience, multiple workshop stations, or a come-and-go creative station. The best format will depend on your guest count, venue, timing, and selected projects.
