Discovery Kits: Due to the small-batch nature of our sensory products + clean apothecary goods, all discovery kit purchases are non-refundable + final sale. However, 100% of this cost is credited back to your corporate account upon booking your full contract.
Bulk Custom Runs: Because custom corporate orders utilize bespoke fragrance profiles + proprietary branded artwork, full production runs cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged once design proofs are formally approved and pouring begins.
Transit Safety Guarantee: We design our custom packaging to withstand rigorous shipping environments. In the rare event that carrier transit causes structural damage to your order, Einnim will immediately re-pour + overnight replacements for the affected units at zero additional cost to your firm. Damage must be reported with photographic documentation to our Oak Brook operations team within 48 hours of delivery.
