Create soy candles, bath bombs, vegan or goat milk soaps, or incense cones using non-toxic, premium materials. Choose from up to 15 essential and fragrance oils, natural colorants, dried florals, and more—each workshop offers unique selections to make your creation truly personal. Customization options are available to fit your event theme. Our expert facilitators guide you step-by-step, perfect for all skill levels. Events typically last two hours for off-site groups, adjustable by size. After testing scents and materials, pour your creativity into your project! Candles usually take 45 minutes to an hour to set and cool; other crafts may need less or no cooling time. We clarify details when you book. We recommend hosting earlier so guests can take home their creations. We can facilitate your team in timed groups to work around meetings—just let us know your schedule! Off-site event details: Host up to 300 guests in a fun, interactive two-hour workshop (adjustable). Extend by half-hours for $50 each. Operating fee: $175. Pricing varies by creation size/quantity, from $19.50 to $65 per person. Our workshops suit all group sizes and are accessible and inclusive. Contact us for special accommodations. Health & Safety: We follow all health guidelines for safe events, on-site or off-site. Cancellation Policy: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to book. Please notify us at least 7 days in advance for reschedules. All off-site events must be booked at least 7 days in advance, with a 50% non-refundable deposit required to confirm your event date and begin preparation. Off-site bookings are available for groups of up to 500 guests, with per-guest pricing ranging from $19.50 to $65, depending on the selected activity type. Standard event duration is 2 hours, with the option to extend at a rate of $50 per additional half hour. A flat $175 operating fee applies to all off-site bookings. This fee covers setup, cleanup, staffing, and transportation of materials. If you do not have a venue, Einnim can assist in securing one starting at $350 per event. Events may be rescheduled once with a minimum of 7 days’ notice. Cancellations made less than 7 days before your event will result in forfeiture of the store credit. The remaining balance is due one week before your event. If full payment is not received at least 24 hours prior to the event, Einnim will be unable to facilitate the event, and the deposit credit will be forfeited. First-time off-site bookings over $1,000 (pre-tax) receive $250 off as a thank-you for partnering with Einnim. Promotional codes and discounts must be applied prior to final payment; offers cannot be combined or applied retroactively. Guests are welcome to bring their own food and beverages to enjoy during the event. Shipping of finished products to a single location is available upon request.
