Cancellation Policy
To ensure a smooth and convenient experience, please schedule your pickup time in advance. Pickup appointments can be booked online or by contacting us directly via email or phone. We recommend selecting a time that fits your schedule to avoid any waiting. Your order will be prepared and ready for collection at the scheduled time. Please arrive within 15 minutes of your appointment to secure your order; early/late arrivals will require rescheduling. Please follow your pickup confirmation email instructions closely when arriving for pickup to ensure a seamless process. Pickup location is 1415 W 22nd St, Oakbrook, IL 60523. If you need to reschedule or cancel your pickup, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance via hello@einnim.com or by calling (708) 586-9724. No-shows or cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup may result in the forfeiture of your order, depending on the product type.
