Einnim Private Gatherings brings our mobile apothecary directly to your home or private space for a fully guided, hands-on creative workshop. We provide all materials, guide the experience step-by-step, and handle cleanup, ensuring a stress-free environment for you and your guests. While our corporate and activation pricing reflects the higher overhead associated with complex venue logistics and large-scale infrastructure, our private gatherings are streamlined for residential settings, allowing us to offer a more accessible, simplified service structure. This model is ideal for intimate groups of 4–15 guests; for larger gatherings, please utilize our dedicated off-site events page. You select your projects—ranging from year-round staples like candles, soaps, and aromatherapy rollers to rotating seasonal experiences—and we provide two hours of instruction, ensuring everyone leaves with their finished creations and care instructions. Per-person pricing is $40 for one experience, $60 for two, or $80 for three, with a $375 minimum event total. A $25 service fee covers staffing, setup, and travel within 20 miles of Oak Brook, with custom quotes available for further distances. We require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your date, with the remaining balance due seven days prior. To get started, submit a booking request via our calendar; our team will respond within 1–2 hours to confirm availability. Please note that table space is required and adult supervision is mandatory for children’s events. Pricing for all In-Home Workshops and Private Events reflects one custom experience per guest (for example: Candle Making, Sugar Scrub, Incense Cone, or Bath Bomb). After you submit your booking request, our team will contact you to confirm your total guest count and discuss any additional experiences you’d like to include. Multi-activity events are available upon request and will be quoted accordingly. A flat $25 service fee applies to all bookings within a 20-mile radius of Oak Brook, IL, covering setup, cleanup, staffing, and travel. For events located beyond a 20-mile radius, a custom travel quote will be provided based on distance and setup requirements. All bookings include full setup and teardown by the Einnim team. We bring all supplies and materials directly to your space—handling every detail from preparation and facilitation to cleanup—so you can focus on enjoying your experience. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date and begin event preparation. The remaining balance is due one week prior to your scheduled event. If full payment is not received at least 24 hours before the event, Einnim will be unable to facilitate the workshop, and the deposit credit will be forfeited. Events may be rescheduled once with a minimum of 7 days’ notice. Cancellations made after materials have been prepared or delivered are not eligible for store credit. Guests are welcome to provide food or beverages to enjoy during the session. Each event typically lasts 90–120 minutes, depending on the experience and group size.
