• Hyper-Flow Activation Model (Turnkey): Perfect for high-traffic lobby pop-ups. This express, pre-batched method takes only 5–10 minutes per guest, allowing tenants to participate while they are "in and out" of the building.

• Guided Workshop Model (Intimate): Best for structured, conversational team-building sessions (15–49 guests). These are ideal for dedicated tenant appreciation gatherings in private rooms or lounges where guests want to slow down and connect.

• Arrival: Our team arrives 30–60 minutes prior to your event start time for setup.

• Space Needs: We simply need flat table surfaces for guest comfort and access to a standard electrical outlet for our heating equipment (depending on your event type).

• Seating: Just one chair per participant is needed for the Guided Workshop Model.
