Tips/tricks for living a healthy lifestyle.
Tips for a healthy lifestyle are meal prepping, exercising daily, and yearly doctor check-ups. I have found that as I get older, meal prepping--so I eat properly and exercising daily (if only for 20-30 minutes), helps in maintaining weight while yearly check-ups keep health-related issues at bay. I still have a cheat day once a week because I have a sweet tooth, but I try to be cautious with that as well.
How I use natural products in my daily routine(s).
Using natural products is a daily routine. From natural cleansers, serum, oils, and moisturizers, I am always finding ways to use a natural product in my daily skincare routine.
Benefits of my favorite essential oil(s) and how I incorporate them in my daily routine.
An essential oil I love is blood orange oil. It has amazing attributes such as anti-inflammatory and skin health benefits. I use it daily as it is an ingredient in a skin and scalp oil that I use twice a day. It also helps to promote even and healthy skin.
My Einnim favorites.
I love the Amber-Vanilla Body Mist for its soft subtle scent, and it helps to moisturize my skin as well. It gives me that soothing feel and at ease vibe with each use.
A bit about, Tracey.
BIO AcARRE™️ founder, CEO, and Chief Chemist Tracey is an esteemed chemical engineer who has worked in product development and marketing for over seventeen years.
While working for a skin and hair care company, Tracey was approached by a friend looking for a product that she could use on her scalp. At this time, Tracey’s sister also came forward requesting a high-quality multi-use product for her face and scalp.
These inquiries planted the seed for Tracey to develop a product with multiple uses for skin and hair. Coming from a family of entrepreneurs, the decision to begin her own company was a natural one, and soon AcARRE™️ was formed.
Shortly after starting AcARRE™️, Tracey discovered she was expecting her first child. Becoming a mother, working full-time, and being a business owner, inspired Tracey to develop multi-use bioactive products made from natural ingredients for balance to the skin, for the beauty minimalist.
Creatively, she enjoys brainstorming on innovative ideas that have a direct impact on consumers and the influence that drives those changes. Taking her aspirations to another level allows her to pursue her passion every day.
