What’s Included
Standard online pricing includes:
Your selected 4 oz, 9 oz, or 11 oz candle
Clear or amber glass vessel
100% soy wax
Premium cotton wick
One custom fragrance blend using up to three available scent notes
One label design applied to every candle (black and white only).
Standard personalization using your provided logo, names, date, or short message
Up to two design revisions
Pouring, labeling, and order assembly
 
Logo creation, artwork recreation, vector conversion, or more extensive design work may require an additional fee.

Labels + Personalization
Your candle label can include a logo, names, event date, short message, or other simple personalization.
 
Choose a standard Einnim label or provide your own print-ready, single-color artwork. The same label design will be used across the entire order.
 
Standard Label Sizes
4 oz: 1.5 × 1.5 inches
9 oz: 2 × 2 inches
11 oz: 2.5 × 2.5 inches
 
Customer-provided artwork must be single-color black or white and submitted as a high-resolution PNG, PDF, SVG, or EPS file.
 
After checkout, email your artwork to hello@einnim.com with your order number.
 
Your order includes two design revisions. We’ll contact you if artwork requires adjustment, approval, vector conversion, or additional design work. Extensive artwork recreation may require an additional fee.
 
Once final artwork is approved, production begins and additional changes can’t be made.

Production + Delivery
Custom candle orders are typically delivered 4 to 6 weeks after all fragrance selections, order details, and artwork receive final approval.
 
IMPORTANT: The timeline begins after approval, not on the date the order is placed.
 
Shipping is calculated separately.

Custom Order Policy
Personalized candles are final sale unless they arrive damaged or incorrect. Because each candle is hand-poured and finished in small batches, minor variations may occur.
