Service Description
Large & Corporate DIY Craft Workshops — Off-Site Events This option is designed for larger groups, corporate teams, venues, and public events. Unlike our in-home workshops, which are meant for small, intimate gatherings, large and corporate workshops are built to scale smoothly, manage guest flow, and fit professional or public environments. Einnim brings a fully facilitated DIY craft experience to your office, venue, or event space. These workshops are ideal for hosting 25 to 500 guests and can be structured to work around meetings, conferences, or scheduled programming. We handle all materials, setup, cleanup, and staffing. Your team manages the venue, schedule, and guests. Workshop options may include soy candle pouring, bath bombs, vegan or goat-milk soap making, incense cones, wax melts, reed diffusers, essential oil blending, and other curated DIY projects using non-toxic, premium materials. Customization options are available to align with your brand or event theme. For larger groups, workshops are often run in timed rotations or stations so guests can participate without disrupting event flow. Most off-site workshops are designed for a two-hour window, with flexibility based on group size. Additional time is available for $50 per extra 30 minutes. Large events focus on efficiency, consistency, and guest movement, while in-home workshops focus on slower pacing and intimacy. Off-site events can host up to 500 guests. A $175 operating fee applies. Per-person pricing varies by project type and size, typically ranging from $19.50 to $65 per guest. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. Reschedule requests must be made at least seven days in advance. To book, select a date and time and provide an estimated guest count. Cancellation Policy
All off-site events must be booked at least 7 days in advance, with a 50% non-refundable deposit required to confirm your event date and begin preparation. Off-site bookings are available for groups of up to 500 guests, with per-guest pricing ranging from $19.50 to $65, depending on the selected activity type. Standard event duration is 2 hours, with the option to extend at a rate of $50 per additional half hour. A flat $175 operating fee applies to all off-site bookings. This fee covers setup, cleanup, staffing, and transportation of materials. If you do not have a venue, Einnim can assist in securing one starting at $350 per event. Events may be rescheduled once with a minimum of 7 days’ notice. Cancellations made less than 7 days before your event will result in forfeiture of the store credit. The remaining balance is due one week before your event. If full payment is not received at least 24 hours prior to the event, Einnim will be unable to facilitate the event, and the deposit credit will be forfeited. First-time off-site bookings over $1,000 (pre-tax) receive $250 off as a thank-you for partnering with Einnim. Promotional codes and discounts must be applied prior to final payment; offers cannot be combined or applied retroactively. Guests are welcome to bring their own food and beverages to enjoy during the event. Shipping of finished products to a single location is available upon request.
