Service Description
We bring our mobile apothecary and studio experience directly to your office, venue, or event space, offering professional DIY solutions built to scale. Whether you are hosting an intimate team-building session or a high-traffic conference activation, Einnim Creative Studio provides the expertise, materials, and facilitation to execute a memorable experience. We offer two engagement models: Immersive Workshops for retreats or private gatherings (15–50 guests) with a $175 operating fee, and High-Flow Brand Activations for trade shows or grand openings (100–500+ guests) with an operating fee starting at $650. While the $175 workshop fee supports the streamlined setup of our intimate team-building sessions, our $650+ activation fee accounts for the increased logistical complexity, advanced venue coordination, and the robust, high-volume infrastructure required for large-scale, high-traffic professional settings. Our capabilities range from bespoke natural perfume blending and aromatherapy to soy candle pouring and botanical bath and body products, all using premium, non-toxic ingredients. We customize everything to align with your brand, offering vector-labeled packaging and digital "After-Services" QR integration. We act as your local cultural liaison, handling loading docks, venue codes, and the "Chicago pulse" so you don’t have to. Our turnkey promise is all-inclusive: we handle all materials, setup, on-site facilitation, and strike. Our stations are efficient and scalable, designed to process 100+ guests per hour, ensuring your event flows seamlessly. We serve Oak Brook, Chicago, and surrounding suburbs with minimalist, aesthetic-driven setups that blend into corporate campuses and luxury venues. Events operate on a two-hour window, with additional time available at $50 per 30-minute increment. Per-person rates typically range from $19.50 to $65, depending on the project type and customization needs. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date, and reschedule requests must be made at least seven days in advance. Ready to book? Cancellation Policy
All off-site events must be booked at least 7 days in advance, with a 50% non-refundable deposit required to confirm your event date and begin preparation. Off-site bookings are available for groups of up to 500 guests, with per-guest pricing ranging from $19.50 to $65, depending on the selected activity type. Standard event duration is 2 hours, with the option to extend at a rate of $50 per additional half hour. A flat $175 operating fee applies to all off-site bookings. This fee covers setup, cleanup, staffing, and transportation of materials. If you do not have a venue, Einnim can assist in securing one starting at $350 per event. Events may be rescheduled once with a minimum of 7 days’ notice. Cancellations made less than 7 days before your event will result in forfeiture of the store credit. The remaining balance is due one week before your event. If full payment is not received at least 24 hours prior to the event, Einnim will be unable to facilitate the event, and the deposit credit will be forfeited. Promotional codes and discounts must be applied prior to final payment; offers cannot be combined or applied retroactively. Guests are welcome to bring their own food and beverages to enjoy during the event. Shipping of finished products to a single location is available upon request.
