Service Description
We bring Einnim’s mobile apothecary and creative studio to conferences, employee appreciation events, trade shows, grand openings, corporate gatherings, and other high-traffic settings. Large-Scale Activations are designed for 51 to 500+ guests and can be structured as open-flow stations, timed experiences, or multi-station activations based on your event format, timeline, and expected participation. Available experiences include natural perfume blending, essential oil rollers, soy candle pouring, incense making, aromatherapy, and botanical bath and body products. Select activations can also include custom labels, branded packaging, signage, scent menus, and QR code integration. Operating fees start at $650 and reflect the additional staffing, venue coordination, equipment, station infrastructure, setup, breakdown, and logistical planning required for larger events. Depending on the experience and format, stations can be designed to serve 100+ guests per hour. Our team can coordinate directly with your event contact regarding loading docks, security requirements, arrival windows, floor plans, tables, electrical access, and other venue logistics. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date, with the remaining balance due seven days before the event. Rescheduling requests must be made at least two weeks before the scheduled activation.
Cancellation Policy
All off-site events must be booked at least 7 days in advance, with a 50% non-refundable deposit required to confirm your event date and begin preparation. Off-site bookings are available for groups of up to 500 guests, with per-guest pricing ranging from $19.50 to $65, depending on the selected activity type. Standard event duration is 2 hours, with the option to extend at a rate of $50 per additional half hour. A flat $175 operating fee applies to all off-site bookings. This fee covers setup, cleanup, staffing, and transportation of materials. If you do not have a venue, Einnim can assist in securing one starting at $350 per event. Events may be rescheduled once with a minimum of 7 days’ notice. Cancellations made less than 7 days before your event will result in forfeiture of the store credit. The remaining balance is due one week before your event. If full payment is not received at least 24 hours prior to the event, Einnim will be unable to facilitate the event, and the deposit credit will be forfeited. Promotional codes and discounts must be applied prior to final payment; offers cannot be combined or applied retroactively. Guests are welcome to bring their own food and beverages to enjoy during the event. Shipping of finished products to a single location is available upon request.
