Einnim Private Gatherings brings our mobile apothecary workshop directly to your home or private event space for fully guided, hands-on creative fun. We specialize in bringing professional crafting experiences to the Chicago suburbs and beyond. We handle everything—supplies, step-by-step guidance, and cleanup—creating a stress-free environment for you and your guests. While our corporate activations require complex logistics, our private gatherings are streamlined for residential settings. This simplified model allows us to offer accessible, personalized crafting experiences for your home party or small gathering. This mobile workshop model is perfect for intimate groups of 4–15 guests. Planning a larger event? You choose your projects—from year-round favorites like hand-poured soy candles, vegan soaps, and essential oil aromatherapy rollers to rotating seasonal crafts. We provide two hours of expert instruction, ensuring every guest leaves with a finished creation and easy-to-follow care instructions. Pricing starts at $40 per person for one experience, $60 for two, or $80 for three, with a $375 minimum event total. A $25 service fee covers professional staffing, setup, and travel within 20 miles of Oak Brook, IL. Custom quotes are available for events outside our standard travel radius. To secure your date, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit, with the final balance due seven days before the event. Ready to book? Cancellation Policy
Pricing for all In-Home Workshops and Private Events reflects one custom experience per guest (for example: Candle Making, Sugar Scrub, Incense Cone, or Bath Bomb). After you submit your booking request, our team will contact you to confirm your total guest count and discuss any additional experiences you’d like to include. Multi-activity events are available upon request and will be quoted accordingly. A flat $25 service fee applies to all bookings within a 20-mile radius of Oak Brook, IL, covering setup, cleanup, staffing, and travel. For events located beyond a 20-mile radius, a custom travel quote will be provided based on distance and setup requirements. All bookings include full setup and teardown by the Einnim team. We bring all supplies and materials directly to your space—handling every detail from preparation and facilitation to cleanup—so you can focus on enjoying your experience. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date and begin event preparation. The remaining balance is due one week prior to your scheduled event. If full payment is not received at least 24 hours before the event, Einnim will be unable to facilitate the workshop, and the deposit credit will be forfeited. Events may be rescheduled once with a minimum of 7 days’ notice. Cancellations made after materials have been prepared or delivered are not eligible for store credit. Guests are welcome to provide food or beverages to enjoy during the session. Each event typically lasts 90–120 minutes, depending on the experience and group size.
