Service Description
Einnim brings a fully guided mobile apothecary workshop directly to your home or private event space, creating an easy, hands-on experience for small groups throughout the Chicago suburbs. Private Gatherings are designed for 4 to 15 guests. Separate booking options are available for Group Workshops and Large-Scale Activations serving 15 to 500+ guests, as well as Virtual Workshops for guests creating from different locations. Choose from year-round favorites such as soy candle making, vegan soap making, essential oil rollers, botanical bath products, and rotating seasonal crafts. Our team provides all supplies, approximately two hours of step-by-step instruction, setup, and cleanup, so you can enjoy the event alongside your guests. Pricing starts at $40 per guest for one experience, $60 for two, or $80 for three, with a $375 event minimum. A $25 service fee covers staffing, setup, and travel within 20 miles of Oak Brook. Events outside the standard service area require a custom travel quote. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date, with the remaining balance due seven days before the event. Adequate table space must be available, and adult supervision is required for children’s workshops. Cancellation Policy
Pricing for all In-Home Workshops and Private Events reflects one custom experience per guest (for example: Candle Making, Sugar Scrub, Incense Cone, or Bath Bomb). After you submit your booking request, our team will contact you to confirm your total guest count and discuss any additional experiences you’d like to include. Multi-activity events are available upon request and will be quoted accordingly. A flat $25 service fee applies to all bookings within a 20-mile radius of Oak Brook, IL, covering setup, cleanup, staffing, and travel. For events located beyond a 20-mile radius, a custom travel quote will be provided based on distance and setup requirements. All bookings include full setup and teardown by the Einnim team. We bring all supplies and materials directly to your space—handling every detail from preparation and facilitation to cleanup—so you can focus on enjoying your experience. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date and begin event preparation. The remaining balance is due one week prior to your scheduled event. If full payment is not received at least 24 hours before the event, Einnim will be unable to facilitate the workshop, and the deposit credit will be forfeited. Events may be rescheduled once with a minimum of 7 days’ notice. Cancellations made after materials have been prepared or delivered are not eligible for store credit. Guests are welcome to provide food or beverages to enjoy during the session. Each event typically lasts 90–120 minutes, depending on the experience and group size.
