Service Description
Einnim’s Virtual DIY Candle Making Workshops bring our mobile studio experience to your team, regardless of location, making them ideal for remote corporate engagement, birthdays, and global gatherings. While our in-person corporate and private workshops are priced to cover on-site staffing, travel logistics, and venue coordination, our virtual workshop pricing is structured to account for the assembly of premium, custom-packed kits and the costs associated with reliable nationwide shipping, ensuring a seamless, high-quality experience delivered directly to your participants' doors. Each session is hosted live by an Einnim instructor via your preferred platform (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.), guiding groups of up to 100 participants step-by-step through the craft. Our pricing generally ranges from $35 to $65 per participant, with nationwide U.S. shipping included and international options available for an additional fee. While candle making is available for direct calendar booking, we also offer virtual sugar scrub, incense cone, and bath bomb workshops—please email us to inquire about these specific experiences. To get started, submit a booking request via the calendar on this page; our team will follow up within 1–2 hours to confirm availability, and your date is secured upon receipt of a 50% non-refundable deposit. Cancellation Policy
Bookings for all Virtual DIY Workshops — including Candle Making, Sugar Scrub, Incense Cone, and Bath Bomb experiences — must be made at least 10 days in advance to allow time for kit customization and shipping. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date and begin kit production. A minimum of 10 participants is required per session, and we can accommodate groups of up to 100 participants. The final guest count and full payment are due 10 days prior to your scheduled session. Kits are shipped directly to each participant. Additional fees may apply for international or expedited shipping. You may submit a custom scent profile to tailor the fragrances for your team’s experience upon request. Bookings may be rescheduled once with a minimum of 7 days’ notice. Cancellations made after kits have shipped are not eligible for a store credit. Workshops typically last 60–75 minutes and are hosted via the virtual platform of your choice (Zoom, Google Meet, or similar). During the live session, our facilitator will guide your group through the selected DIY activity, sharing professional tips, creative techniques, and product care insights. Promotional codes must be applied prior to final payment; promotions cannot be stacked or applied retroactively.
