What’s Included - All tools, materials and cleanup handled by us - Access to 15+ essential and fragrance oils, colorants, dried florals and more (depending on experience type) - A hands‑on session lasting up to two hours guided by an Einnim Creative Facilitator. If your event runs longer, an overtime fee of $50 per additional half‑hour applies. - Project instructions, care tips and fun facts along the way - Creative memories—and usable goodies—you’ll actually take home! Service Fee A flat $25 service fee applies to all bookings. This covers setup and breakdown, facilitator staffing, and travel within a 20‑mile radius of Oak Brook, IL. Hosting beyond 20 miles? We’ll provide a custom quote based on your location. Booking & Deposit Ready to book? Here’s how: 1) Submit your date and time via our booking request form, or reach out by email or phone using the contact details below. 2) We’ll contact you to confirm your preferred activities and guest count. 3) A 50 % non‑refundable deposit is required to secure your event, and that amount will be credited toward your final balance. Cancellation Policy
Pricing for all In-Home Workshops and Private Events reflects one custom experience per guest (for example: Candle Making, Sugar Scrub, Incense Cone, or Bath Bomb). After you submit your booking request, our team will contact you to confirm your total guest count and discuss any additional experiences you’d like to include. Multi-activity events are available upon request and will be quoted accordingly. A flat $25 service fee applies to all bookings within a 20-mile radius of Oak Brook, IL, covering setup, cleanup, staffing, and travel. For events located beyond a 20-mile radius, a custom travel quote will be provided based on distance and setup requirements. All bookings include full setup and teardown by the Einnim team. We bring all supplies and materials directly to your space—handling every detail from preparation and facilitation to cleanup—so you can focus on enjoying your experience. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date and begin event preparation. The remaining balance is due one week prior to your scheduled event. If full payment is not received at least 24 hours before the event, Einnim will be unable to facilitate the workshop, and the deposit credit will be forfeited. Events may be rescheduled once with a minimum of 7 days’ notice. Cancellations made after materials have been prepared or delivered are not eligible for store credit. Guests are welcome to provide food or beverages to enjoy during the session. Each event typically lasts 90–120 minutes, depending on the experience and group size.
