Service Description

Important information before booking. Time: 1 hr Dates: Wednesday-Friday How to Participate: 1) Purchase your candle-making kit(s) from "The Candle Bar" on our website. 2) Your kit will be delivered via USPS mail within 7-10 business days. 3) After receiving your kit via USPS, use the personalized code from your invoice to schedule your virtual candle-making experience. Please wait until your kit arrives before scheduling. 4) Planning to participate with friends (up to 20 participants)? Please ensure that everyone has received their kits before scheduling. It's recommended to place a single order for multiple kits. 5) Prepare for the virtual experience using the provided instructions in your kit. 6) Make sure you have a Google Workspace account set up before the workshop. 7) Join our Google video conference and follow the instructions from our candle-making specialists to create your own custom soy wax candle. Sales tax and tip are not included.

Cancellation Policy

IMPORTANT INFORMATION BEFORE BOOKING: 1) Please note that we will, unfortunately, have to cancel/reschedule your appointment if you are more than 15 minutes late. 2) I understand that my candles require 2-3 hours to fully harden before I am able to take them home after my session. I will either come back to pick them up at a later time/date or opt into shipping for an additional fee. The In-Store Experience 3) Promotional codes are only valid for specific products or services. If I plan to use a promotional code for my appointment, I will need to communicate the details of the promotion before my session. If I fail to provide this information, I will not be able to use the promotional code at checkout. 4) FOR PRIVATE SESSIONS ONLY: I understand that I will automatically be charged an additional $50/half hour if my session exceeds the allotted time.
