Service Description
Einnim’s Virtual DIY Workshops bring our professional studio experience directly to your team, regardless of location. These interactive online sessions are perfect for remote corporate team building, virtual birthday parties, and global group gatherings. While our in-person events cover on-site staffing and travel, our virtual pricing is structured to cover the assembly of premium, custom-packed DIY kits and reliable nationwide shipping. This ensures a seamless, high-quality creative experience delivered directly to every participant’s door. Sessions are hosted live by an Einnim expert via your preferred platform (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.), guiding participants step-by-step. To keep our pricing simple for all core workshop offerings—including candles, sugar scrubs, incense cones, and bath bombs—we have implemented a flat rate of $65 per person for groups of 10 or fewer. For larger groups, our pricing ranges from $45 to $65 per person, with U.S. shipping included (international shipping available for an additional fee). To get started, submit a booking request via our calendar; our team will follow up within 1–2 hours to confirm availability. Cancellation Policy
Bookings for all Virtual DIY Workshops — including Candle Making, Sugar Scrub, Incense Cone, and Bath Bomb experiences — must be made at least 10 days in advance to allow time for kit customization and shipping. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date and begin kit production. A minimum of 10 participants is required per session, and we can accommodate groups of up to 100 participants. The final guest count and full payment are due 10 days prior to your scheduled session. Kits are shipped directly to each participant. Additional fees may apply for international or expedited shipping. You may submit a custom scent profile to tailor the fragrances for your team’s experience upon request. Bookings may be rescheduled once with a minimum of 7 days’ notice. Cancellations made after kits have shipped are not eligible for a store credit. Workshops typically last 60–75 minutes and are hosted via the virtual platform of your choice (Zoom, Google Meet, or similar). During the live session, our facilitator will guide your group through the selected DIY activity, sharing professional tips, creative techniques, and product care insights. Promotional codes must be applied prior to final payment; promotions cannot be stacked or applied retroactively.
