AGREEMENT TO TERMS

These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and EINNIM LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), concerning your access to and use of the einnim.com website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the “Site”). EINNIM LLC operates as a mobile service and e-commerce business based in Montgomery, IL. You agree that by accessing the Site, you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms of Use. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE TERMS OF USE, THEN YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SITE AND YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

Unless otherwise indicated, the Site is our proprietary property and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Site (collectively, the “Content”) and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the “Marks”) are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws and various other intellectual property rights and unfair competition laws of the United States, international copyright laws, and international conventions.

USER REPRESENTATIONS

By using the Site, you represent and warrant that: (1) you have the legal capacity and you agree to comply with these Terms of Use; (2) you are not a minor in the jurisdiction in which you reside; (3) you will not access the Site through automated or non-human means, whether through a bot, script or otherwise; (4) you will not use the Site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose; and (5) your use of the Site will not violate any applicable law or regulation.

PRODUCTS & MOBILE SERVICES

We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors, features, specifications, and details of the products available on the Site.

• Artisanal Variance: As our products (candles, soaps, clay works) are handcrafted, slight variations in appearance are expected.

• Mobile Workshops: All in-person services are conducted on-site at client-provided locations. Service availability is based on our home base in Montgomery, IL. Travel fees may apply for locations outside our standard service radius.

• Availability: All products and workshop slots are subject to availability.

PURCHASES AND PAYMENT

We accept the following forms of payment via Wix Payments: VISA, Master Card, American Express, Discover, JCB, and Visa/MasterCard Debit. You agree to pay all charges at the prices then in effect for your purchases and any applicable shipping or travel fees. Sales tax will be added to the price of purchases as deemed required by the State of Illinois and other applicable jurisdictions.

PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

You may not access or use the Site for any purpose other than that for which we make the Site available. As a user of the Site, you agree not to:

• Systematically retrieve data or other content from the Site to create or compile, directly or indirectly, a collection, compilation, database, or directory without written permission from us.

• Trick, defraud, or mislead us and other users, especially in any attempt to learn sensitive account information such as user passwords.

• Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security-related features of the Site.

• Use the Site in a manner inconsistent with any applicable laws or regulations.

USER GENERATED CONTRIBUTIONS

The Site may provide you with the opportunity to create, submit, or post content (“Contributions”). When you create or make available any Contributions, you represent and warrant that:

1. Your Contributions do not infringe the proprietary rights of any third party.

2. You are the creator and owner of the necessary licenses and rights.

3. Your Contributions are not false, inaccurate, or misleading.

4. Your Contributions are not unsolicited or unauthorized advertising (spam).

5. Your Contributions are not obscene, lewd, lascivious, filthy, violent, harassing, or otherwise objectionable.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Informal Negotiations: The Parties agree to first attempt to negotiate any Dispute informally for at least 30 days before initiating arbitration. Binding Arbitration: Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this contract, including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by the International Commercial Arbitration Court under the European Arbitration Chamber according to the Rules of this ICAC. The number of arbitrators shall be 1.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

IN NO EVENT WILL WE OR OUR DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFIT, LOST REVENUE, LOSS OF DATA, OR OTHER DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE.

RETURN & SHIPPING POLICIES

• Returns: Accepted 15 days after delivery (excluding soaps).

• Exchanges: Accepted 30 days after delivery (excluding soaps).

• Non-Returnable: Returns and exchanges on soaps are NOT accepted due to the nature of the product.

• Processing: Standard products take 3–5 business days; custom-curated products take 5–7 business days.

• Shipping: Shipped via USPS. Allow 7–10 business days for delivery once in "Pre-Shipment" status.
