- Up to two design revisions before final approval
- Pouring, labeling, and order assembly
Standard label sizes are:
- 4 oz: 1.5 × 1.5 inches
- 9 oz: 2 × 2 inches
- 11 oz: 2.5 × 2.5 inches
IMPORTANT: Shipping, lids, gift boxes, specialty packaging, multiple label versions, full-color printing, specialty finishes, expedited production, and specialty vessels aren’t included unless quoted.

Choose Your Scent
Create one fragrance blend for your entire order using up to three notes.
Floral: Rose, jasmine, lavender
Sweet: Chamomile, ylang-ylang, vanilla
Fresh + Herbal: Eucalyptus, tea tree, rosemary, green fig
Citrus: Grapefruit, neroli, bergamot, lemongrass, lemon, sweet orange
Earthy + Woody: Patchouli, sandalwood, cedarwood, teakwood, santal, vetiver

Multiple finished fragrances or notes outside this list require a custom proposal.
Labels and Personalization
Choose either a standard Einnim black-text label or customer-provided print-ready single color artwork.
Your label may include a logo, names, dates, event details, or a short message. The same design will appear on every candle.
Customer artwork must be black or white, print-ready, and sized to the dimensions above. Email high-resolution PNG, PDF, SVG, or EPS files to hello@einnim.com after checkout with your order number.
We’ll contact you if the artwork needs adjustment, vector conversion, or approval. Artwork requiring recreation or extensive editing may incur an additional fee.
Your order includes two design revisions. Additional fees apply to further changes. Once the final artwork is approved, no additional changes can be made and production will begin.
Production and Delivery
Your order will be delivered approximately 4 to 6 weeks after all details and artwork receive final approval. This timeline begins after approval, not when the order is placed.
If you need your candles sooner, don’t place the order online. Email hello@einnim.com with the size, quantity, shipping destination, and required delivery date so we can confirm availability and provide an expedited-order proposal.
Shipping is calculated separately. Custom orders are final sale unless damaged or incorrect. Minor handmade variations may occur.

We accept returns 15 days after delivery of purchase.
Refunds will be processed on the original tender.
Email info@einnim.com with your order number, the item you'd like to return/exchange, and the reason for the return/exchange. Once received, we will promptly get back to you with the next steps.
Please note that customers are required to cover return shipping costs.
