Service Description
We bring our mobile apothecary and creative studio directly to Chicago-area offices, venues, and event spaces for professionally facilitated DIY experiences designed around your guest count, timeline, and event goals. This booking option is intended for **Group Workshops serving 15 to 50 guests**. Separate booking options are available for Small Gatherings with 4 to 15 guests, Large-Scale Activations with 51 or more guests, and Virtual Workshops. Group Workshops are ideal for team-building events, employee retreats, residential communities, private gatherings, and other organized group experiences. A **$175 operating fee** applies and covers preparation, transportation, setup, facilitation, and cleanup. Available experiences include natural perfume blending, essential oil rollers, soy candle pouring, incense making, aromatherapy, and botanical bath and body products. Select experiences can also include custom labels, branded packaging, signage, scent menus, and QR code integration. Our team handles materials, setup, on-site facilitation, and cleanup. For office and venue-based events, we can also coordinate access requirements, arrival windows, loading instructions, and room setup with your event contact. Events are typically scheduled within a two-hour window, with additional time available at **$50 per 30 minutes**. Per-person pricing generally ranges from **$19.50 to $65** based on the selected experience, guest count, materials, and customization. A **50% non-refundable deposit** is required to secure your date, with the remaining balance due seven days before the event. Rescheduling requests must be made at least seven days before your scheduled workshop. Cancellation Policy
All off-site events must be booked at least 7 days in advance, with a 50% non-refundable deposit required to confirm your event date and begin preparation. Off-site bookings are available for groups of up to 500 guests, with per-guest pricing ranging from $19.50 to $65, depending on the selected activity type. Standard event duration is 2 hours, with the option to extend at a rate of $50 per additional half hour. A flat $175 operating fee applies to all off-site bookings. This fee covers setup, cleanup, staffing, and transportation of materials. If you do not have a venue, Einnim can assist in securing one starting at $350 per event. Events may be rescheduled once with a minimum of 7 days’ notice. Cancellations made less than 7 days before your event will result in forfeiture of the store credit. The remaining balance is due one week before your event. If full payment is not received at least 24 hours prior to the event, Einnim will be unable to facilitate the event, and the deposit credit will be forfeited. Promotional codes and discounts must be applied prior to final payment; offers cannot be combined or applied retroactively. Guests are welcome to bring their own food and beverages to enjoy during the event. Shipping of finished products to a single location is available upon request.
