Service Description
Bring your group together from anywhere with a live, beginner-friendly Einnim virtual workshop. Each participant receives a complete DIY kit shipped directly to their door, then joins a guided online session led by Einnim Creative Studio. Virtual workshops are ideal for remote teams, employee wellness events, client appreciation, private celebrations and community groups. Available experiences may include candle-making, reed diffuser-making, essential oil rollers, sugar scrubs, lip balms, bath bombs, body or room sprays and incense cones. A 10-participant minimum applies. Workshop pricing, kit contents and shipping costs vary by experience, group size, destination and delivery timeline. Standard U.S. shipping may be included in your custom quote, while expedited, additional or international shipping may require added fees. Sessions can be hosted through Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams or another mutually approved platform. Final participant names, complete shipping addresses, experience selections, scent preferences and platform details must be submitted by the deadline provided in your proposal. For virtual candle-making, participants need access to a microwave and a microwave-safe glass or ceramic container.
Cancellation Policy
Bookings for all Virtual DIY Workshops — including Candle Making, Sugar Scrub, Incense Cone, and Bath Bomb experiences — must be made at least 10 days in advance to allow time for kit customization and shipping. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date and begin kit production. A minimum of 10 participants is required per session, and we can accommodate groups of up to 100 participants. The final guest count and full payment are due 10 days prior to your scheduled session. Kits are shipped directly to each participant. Additional fees may apply for international or expedited shipping. You may submit a custom scent profile to tailor the fragrances for your team’s experience upon request. Bookings may be rescheduled once with a minimum of 7 days’ notice. Cancellations made after kits have shipped are not eligible for a store credit. Workshops typically last 60–75 minutes and are hosted via the virtual platform of your choice (Zoom, Google Meet, or similar). During the live session, our facilitator will guide your group through the selected DIY activity, sharing professional tips, creative techniques, and product care insights. Promotional codes must be applied prior to final payment; promotions cannot be stacked or applied retroactively.
