Service Description
Einnim’s Event Series Workshops offer a four-event partnership designed to help you engage your community and fill off-peak nights with recurring, hands-on creative programming. While our corporate activations and private gatherings are priced as distinct, one-off projects reflecting individual venue logistics and setup complexity, our Event Series utilizes a volume-based pricing model. This optimized structure allows us to provide a more consistent, sustainable rate for partners committed to ongoing collaboration, reflecting the efficiency of a recurring multi-event schedule. We handle the heavy lifting—supplying all materials, providing expert instruction, and managing setup and cleanup—while you retain full control over ticketing, promotion, and revenue from your guests. Each series requires a minimum of four events with a 10-guest minimum per session, featuring a rotating selection of our popular DIY projects like soy candle pouring, botanical bath and body products, and essential oil blending. We serve Chicago and the surrounding suburbs, including Oak Brook, Naperville, Highland Park, and Olympia Fields. Cancellation Policy
To reserve your Event Series Workshop, a minimum of four (4) events is required, with at least 10 guests per event and capacity for up to 500 participants. Full payment is due at the time of booking to secure your dates, confirm instructor scheduling, and begin material preparation for all sessions in your series. Because each event series requires advance coordination, custom scent curation, and bulk ordering of materials, full payment ensures we can reserve your instructors, allocate resources, and guarantee availability across all confirmed dates. A one-time $200 series setup fee applies to every new event series. This fee covers pre-event coordination, travel planning, instructor scheduling, and logistics across all four or more events. All event hosts manage their own ticketing and registration, while Einnim provides all materials, setup, facilitation, and cleanup. Final guest counts for each event are due 7–10 days prior to the scheduled date. Adjustments after this point may not be reflected in the final invoice, as kits and materials will already be allocated. Bookings may be rescheduled once with a minimum of 7 days’ notice before the first scheduled event. Cancellations made after materials have been ordered or produced are not eligible for store credit. Each event in your series is conducted on mutually agreed-upon dates, typically lasting 60 minutes to a 2 hours per session. Promotional discounts must be applied prior to final payment. Promotions cannot be combined or applied retroactively.
